The hotel's location next to the tube, valley, and outlets was fantastic. The deluxe queen room with a fridge and a bathroom was ready when we arrived. Everything at the hotel was wonderful.

Had a great stay here! The staff is super friendly, and I think this place totally lives up to its 3-star rating. The breakfast is decent, and I like that it's close to Brownsville, Río Grande outlets, and a shopping center. 🌟

The place was fairly clean with very pleasant staff members. The breakfast selection was good with hot food. The location was marvellous for exploring this shopping area, short walk to several restaurants and shopping, the tube, and shops. I've had a really really nice stay by another night.

The staff here was friendly, the room was comfortable and had a couch, the pool area is well-maintained, and the location is fantastic, close to the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.

Everything was nice at this brand-new hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a couch. Had good clean facilities, such as central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave.

The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spotless, with plush bath towels and comfortable mattresses. The hotel also offers delicious coffee made by the attentive staff. the atmosphere is welcoming and the location is ideal.

The customer service over the phone needs improvement as guests have experienced long wait times and poor phone etiquette when trying to book a room or resolve issues.

One downside is that the room doors tend to slam loudly, causing some noise disturbance.
